Codes & Ordinances

Town of McCormick operates under a Code of Ordinances, Zoning, and Land Use Plan. The federal statutes and the State of South Carolina’s Code of Laws supersedes any applicable ordinances. The Code is updated annually by American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati, Ohio with the individual ordinances that are passed during the year and updates the present Code.
