The Town of McCormick has a zoning ordinance which creates certain zones in certain areas; central business (CB), areawide business (AB), residential zones (R1, R2, R3, MF (multi-family), (LI ) light industrial and (AF) agricultural forest land. Zoning is very important in that it not only protects residents, but business owners as well.
